A beachside getaway
Nestled between the ancient Engine house and contemporary Chestnut clad Beach House is Number One Penventon, a small bungalow built around 1980. Just a stone’s throw away from the beach, the current owners have kept a simple beach hut style of decor with wooden floors throughout.
There is private parking and garden, which also keeps a little distance from the road access.
The property is accessed through a reception area. In the Crow’s Nest there is a sofa bed, separate toilet, shower, and utility room with a washing machine.
A glass roofed corridor leads to the main bungalow where there is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. Two bedrooms and the family bathroom lead off from this space. The bedrooms or sleeping cabins are compact but adequate. Bedroom one has a double sleeping platform and a chest for storage and bedroom two has bunkbeds, top bunk not suitable for under 5 year old, and a chest for storage.
